Turn around time for custom products is 10 business days AFTER your product was made, not from the date of ordering! 

All products are made on live unless specifically noted. Your product will be made within 7-10 calendar days of ordering.

If you choose to have your cup made on live you will be added to the lineup which is posted on my link tree and updated every morning. This is color coded by day. If you miss three lives I will make your cup off live. I will make based on colors noted. If no colors are chosen I will match decal. If no colors or no decal is chosen I will have to cancel the order.

Please note that air bubbles are needed within the cup to allow for expansion during shipping so the cups do not break in transit. Air bubbles will occur as a natural result of the shipping process, and are not grounds for replacement. These bubbles are considered a normal and inevitable aspect of the shipping and handling process.

Please note that all import duties, customs fees, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by your country’s customs agency are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost paid at checkout.

Creative Creations by Mindy has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges before placing your order.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees required for your package to be delivered. Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges may not be eligible for a refund of the original shipping costs or any fees incurred during return transit.
