We have a no cancellation policy! All sales are considered final. 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold through Creative Creations by Mindy.

Although we will not issue a refund, we will offer to remake an item if photos and videos are provided to support it was defective outside of shipping and is a manufacture defect such as a defective seal or leak. This is a requirement and must be provided within 48 hours of the date the product was delivered. If photos are received or we are notified outside of this timeframe we will not be able to offer to remake your product. Product remake must be the same exact product and wrap unless the wrap is no longer available. 

Route insurance is offered on all orders and covers any damage that happens in shipping. you will file a claim directly with them. Creative creations is not responsible for filing these claims.

If you choose to opt out of route insurance any damage caused by delivery service will need to have a claim filed with that shipping service as all packages have included insurance but it is sometimes longer and more difficult to be reimbursed. Creative Creations is not responsible for filing these claims.
